2008 CONTEST RULES
1. No purchase necessary.

2. This Contest begins April 3, 2008 at 10am and ends June 18, 2008 at 5pm. Contest runs at 10am, 2pm & 5pm Monday-Friday only.

3. To play: Set all of your radios to 105.1 on your FM dial.

4. Then Listen for the "Tom Joyner's Debt Free Payoff" sounder. When you hear the sounder, be the correct caller at 1-888-550-9105. All winners will win $500 in Tom Joyner's Debt Free Payoff Cash weekdays except on Thursday. On Thursday, beginning April 10, 2008 the prize for this contest doubles to $1,000.

5. The prizes in this promotion are cash prizes to be given out at a maximum of $1,000 dollars.

6. The odds of winning depend on the number of listeners calling or registered with HOT 105 FM at any given time. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws apply. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use by Hot 105 fm of his/her name, likeness, voice and/or other personal information for the promotional and/or advertising purposes in connection with the promotion without compensation. Winner shall sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release with WHQT/HOT-105 from any further obligation.

7. Release of Liability: All contest entrants and travel companions release WHQT HOT 105FM/Cox Radio Inc., and each of their parents, affiliated, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, sponsors, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from any and all liability with the respect to or in any way arising from this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or monetary loss.

8. You'll be declared winner of the cash prize pending your presentation of proper identification. All winners must present proper and current identification and fill out a W9 form prior to winnings being processed. A birth certificate or driver's license is considered proper identification along with a valid social security card and valid social security number.

9. Once cash winnings are ready for pick up, the contest winner will be contacted by phone only. Cash winnings are ready within 2 to 4 weeks after winning and awarded by company check. All winners must claim their prizes Monday – Friday between the hours of 10am – 5pm. Prizes can be claimed at WHQT/HOT-105, 2741 n. 29th Avenue, Hollywood, Fl 33020. Winners will have 5 business days from the day contacted to claim their prize. The station reserves the right to extend this period to some other specified deadline in the event of unusual circumstances.

10. This contest is open to U.S. citizens working or living in the South Florida metropolitan area. Contestants must be atleast 18 years of age or older. The person who calls must verify name, address, and phone number. Person who calls and person who claims the prize must be the same.

11. WHQT/HOT-105 reserves the right to refuse award of a prize in the event of non compliance with the promotion's rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit, illegible or altered identification.

12. Contest information, rules and winners names will be available for inspection at HOT 105 FM during normal business hours or can be requested by mail from WHQT/HOT-105, 2741 n. 29thAvenue, Hollywood, Fl 33020 by enclosing a self-addressed stamped envelope.

13. Contest is subject to federal, state and local regulations and taxes and is void where restricted or prohibited. Employees of WHQT/HOT-105, its affiliated, subsidiaries or agents and the families of each are not eligible.

14. No individual can win a prize more than once in a 30day period. No one can win more than once in the Tom Joyner's Big Give Cash contest. Names or sounders announced or played on-air within the specified hours but in conjunction with another contest or prize award do not qualify as announcements for the WHQT/HOT-105 Tom Joyner's Debt Free Payoff contest.

15. WHQT/HOT-105 disclaims all responsibility for the contestant or WHQT/HOT 105's inability to complete a telephone call, whether due to telephone equipment malfunction, busy lines or otherwise.

16. Decisions of WHQT/HOT-105 With respect to the selection of a winner and all other aspects of the contest shall be final and binding.
