MICHAEL JACKSON'S THIS IS IT
from USAToday.com
Sony Pictures plans to release a musical film composed from 80 hours of rehearsal footage shot in preparation for the 50 London concerts Jackson was preparing when he died June 25.
Named after the title of those concerts, which Jackson had vowed would be his last, the movie This Is It is scheduled for release Oct. 30.
The film will open simultaneously nationwide and around the world on that date, Sony Pictures spokesman Steve Elzer says. It's a quick turnaround for a movie, but Elzer says editors have been at work on the footage since before the deal was struck, and the remaining two months will be plenty of time to complete the project. "We're not rushing it, but we do want to get it out there," he says.
Tickets will go on-sale on September 27th and the movie will only be seen in theaters for two weeks.

Sure god knew that it would bring millions and millons of tears, and broken hearts to the world but he also knew that we would undertand. Micheal Jackson music will live forever in each one of our hearts. He healed the world, he entertained the world, he taught the world how to come together. THINK YOU, - I love Micheal JacksonWhen I was little I looked at Micheal Jackson like he was a Disney character because he was soo magical I was always amazed when i watched him on t.v. 20 years later I'am still filled with amazement when I watch him on t.v. Micheal Jackson is magical and amazing but what I love about him the most is that he is soo pure and sensitive with a kind heart!!! He truly cared about every living thing on this earth!!! What an accomplishment he made by being one single human being and touching everyone in the entire world. I hope now he can see how loved he truly is and how beautiful he always was on the inside and out!!!

- Michael JacksonMy daughter refused to change her last name from Jackson to her father last name she would wear her hair like Michael's and when she was little she would wear the penny loafers with the bobby socks and her studded glove because of her love for Michael Jackson. She said she is going to be famous like him and wanted to have the same last name.
- I loved everything about MichaelI have always loved Michael Jackson and what he represents. I miss him a great deal. It is like I have lost a close family member. Lately, I have been listening to his music all over again. I love the CD Invincible . There will never be another Michael Jackson. RIP M.J.
- Michael Jackson My Friends, Brother I Love You Forever RIPI had the pleasure of working with Michael Jackson in the past and him becoming a true friend to me. He was one of the most nicest sweetest person you would ever want to meet. He was often shy at times and, I would say to him, Michael how come you are so shy but, when it comes down to performing you act like a wild leopard. He would start laughing and say this career is his life and he enjoy what he does especially making people happy. I personally had some problems myself and, I talked to him about it and he gave me the best advice. Each and everyday I set in tears crying about Michael. Attending the funeral was like ripping my insides out. He was my friend who was like a brother to me. He never did anything wrong to hurt anyone. Certain people just want to accused him with bogus lies in order to become rich. These people who won are now the owners of mansions, bentleys, porsches etc. The last boy who is now a man was spotted in nightclubs with woman around him. He doesnt look like anything happen to him. He is living a very wealthy lifestyle. How come no medical examination was done on the boys in both cases. The parents didnt want it because, they knew they lied and would have been caught. Michael was simply tired and became stress out of all of it and he gave in. He loved children and he never really had a childhood himself especially, having a father who was always on him about music and never letting him go outside to play like other children. Michael you are the one who was there for me doing my bad situation. You was there to lend a hand, a shoulder to cry on when needed. Even if you where far away you would check in from time to time to say hello. I will always be there for your children and the rest of the Jackson family when needed. To all the celebrities that is promoting their career using Michaels name, please show some respect and dont do that. There are other ways to promote yourself as an artist. Michael,I LOVED YOU SO MUCH AND MISSED YOU. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU THEN, NOW AND FOREVER! UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN MY BROTHER IN GODS KINGDOM RIP
- back to the future/michael jacksonWhen I saw the first "Back to the Future" with my husband, there is a scene in the movies when they visit the future and inside a dinner there's a song playing and its Michael Jacksons' "Bad". I whispered to my husband, why are they playing Michael Jackson, my husband said, because Michael is so ahead of his time... I will never forgot that moment. I will never forget Michael. I always say ,how to u love someone u never meet. I don't know how,but I do, I just do.
- How I remember Michael...I can remember being a little kid and and my parents playing off the wall and the thriller albums at house parties and all the kids dancing around in the middle of the floor... and from that point on... whenever Michael Jackson came on TV I was glued... I had to see him proform... one the the best proformers I ever saw and when he did that hour set at his 30th anniversary concert (30 with his brothers and 30 by himself) I knew he still had... I was looking foward to his london tour and find myself watching a Michael Jackson video a day now... so when I heard Speaker Pelosi shot down a resolution making Michael Jackson an American icon... it upset me... I started a petiton in hopes that congress would bring it back up and pass it... you are welcomed to sign it.. when it is done congress will see it and I hope the change their mind and give Michael the credit he is due...
http://www.petition2congress.com/2/2215/bring-back-pass-resolution-making-michael-jackson-an-american-ico/ - The first time I saw MichaelI saw Michael in Chicago in 1965. He and his brothers along with Johnny. He
was so cute and the entire group was just wonderful. I was just a teenager
now I am a mother and grandmother too.
I bought a photo of the Jackson 5 and
Johnny that day and I still have it to date. I have cried a lot since we lost
Michael but he had something that all real men should have compassion and the
ability to acknowledge that man in the
mirror that's a start. Love you MJJ - the greatest entertainer that ever lived.one of my biggest regrets is that i will never get to experience a live show of his. you might say it was on my things to do list before i depart the earth. there is still a void that is there since he's left. he was so close to another return to the stage man. the worst part is is that you would have still been here if not for the troubles these haters bombarded you with. mike you were always my fave no matter what the media or anyone else said. just no that in life and death we, your true fans that love you, have got your back. i salute you mr. jackson. job well done. your legacy will continue to live on. peace.
- Michael Jackson, The Man, His Music, His LegacyWhen I first heard of Michael Jackson's dealth I was like many others, in total shock and disbelief.
I would like us all to remember Michael Jackson not for his flaws, faults or edicrocies. But remember him for his genius, his inovation to music and videos, he brought music videos to the for front. The first time I saw Thriller, I was in awe like many other people. If it were not for Michael music videos and dance would not be what it is today.
Thank you Michael Jackson for giving us your music, your talent and your creativity, rest in peace. - MJ and my memoriesI first heard The Jackson 5 when I 23 yrs old, Michael was 10. I could not belive the lead singer (Michael) was 10 yrs. old. Forty years later Michael continues to rock my world, I am now 63 yrs.old. I don't know him personally, only through his music, and what he conveys. It is documented he has donated millions of dollars to assist children, and he has also donated his time in hospitals, etc. As a recognized public image musician and a multimillionaire he was an easy target. Others in his same position have countersued the accusers, but because he was so emotionally fragile, Michael would rather give in to money demands hoping all would go away, many wanted and want "a piece of him". May Michael finally rest in peace.
- United....Did you see that?? ALL those people, we can have hundreds/thousands of people in 1 spot and have NO violence! It is possible!! How come people can become UNITED for MJ?? BUT we have so much violence happening all over this world??
Thanxs Michael for your music!! RIP - a great loss not only to music to the worldmy heart goes to his family but i bet he was watching over the memorial laughing god bless u micheal r.i.p all my love to those beautiful children that have lost a great off this world xxx
- lovemichael jackson never missed an opportunity to say..."i love you".
if you think that michael jackson did not bacvk up his words, check with the guinnes book of world records about michael jackson's contributions to the world. - Michael JacksonThank you soo much for soo much. I will never forget the spark ignited by your genuine love for all creatures, may I live as completely as you exemplified
- My kids Try to dance like MichaelWell I was shocked when I recieved a text message that the best dancer/pop artist is gone. Although I never met Michael I felt like I new him Because he was a touching entertainer, and seemed like a man of integrity. Michael just seemed so sweet that you couldnt help but to love him despite of all the rumors. A good person is never forgotten Michael left us with good, fun, and happy memories, and most of all he left us with some good dance moves.. lol lol cant nobody dance like Michael. My kids are walking around the house dancing like him and dressing like him....God Bless the Jackson family. R.I.P, WE LOVE YOU MICHAEL.
- A manThe first thing I thought about when I heard that Michael was gone,was..Did he go to heaven? Michael was a man of great talent and we all love his music. It seems like Michael had such a good heart. I always felt that Micheal tryed so hard to please his fans and others, that he completly forgot about himself. We as God children must learn to acknowledge the Lord and put him first then we will learn to LOVE our selves enough to know that we are more than just fortune and fame we are beyond that. No matter how popular you are on earth, if your not a servant of the lord at the end of the day nothing else matters.
- Tribute to Michael JacksonEVERLASTING
THE MIST OF LIFE CANNOT BE SEEN
IT ONLY GLOWS AS MAN HAS NEEDS
THE THOUGHTS EXPRESSED ARE NOT UNDER DURESS
BUT EXPANDS BEYOND THE HUMAN STRESS
THE GLORY THAT WE DEPRESS MAGNIFY DEVINE REDRESS
ONLY IF THE SPIRIT COULD DETECT WHAT LIES BEHIND THE MIRROW EFFECT
NATURE CALL AND "I'LL BE THERE",AS MICHAEL SAY'S "BEN" COME HERE!
SOME HOW WE KNOW THE END IS NEAR WHEN THE KING OF POP WE NO LONGER HEAR
"NEVER CAN SAY GOOD BYE" EVENTHOUGH, "ANOTHER DAY HAS GONE".
YES! YOU ARE "BAD".
love always - Never Can Say GoodbyeMichael Jackson is woven into the fabric of my life. He captivated with an angelic but soulful voice. Not just King of Pop, he seemed to embody the physical form of rhythm, blues, soul, funk, dance, and rock. He dissected a bar of music and its syncopations vocally and physically as though he saw the rhythm. Professional dancers couldnt keep up with him, even to his last. Although he worked to perfect his craft, he exuded energy, as though it was too much for one body and it yearned to escape, especially when hed scream or sigh ooh.
The Jackson 5 still claim the best renditions of Ill Be There, Whos Loving You and the now heart-wrenching Never Can Say Goodbye. He was soft and joyful on Dont Stop Til You Get Enough and Rock With You, but contrastingly heartbreaking on Shes Out of My Life. On Thriller he had magic of movement on the 3 big songs, and the funky Wanna Be Startin Somethin. Women still answer his call: Pretty young things repeat after me, Say Na Na Na. And the most sweetly sexy song is Human Nature expressing such an ecstasy of bliss.
He was dedicated to philanthropy, especially childrens causes, and to socially-conscious themes starting with We Are the World. He commanded delicately romantic lyrics with I Just Cant Stop Loving You yet, we still grooved to the Way You Make Me Feel and the harsh sexiness of Dirty Diana. Smooth Criminal trail-blazed dance and short film-making in its own right. Surrounded, the viewers eyes are still drawn only to him.
They Dont Care About Us, and Leave Me Alone struck at his attackers. And he still had the power to touch with Childhood, You Are Not Alone, Pie Jesu, and Smile. On Invincible he had that classic sound with You Rock My World and Butterflies. He always enthralled like his moving live tribute to Sammy Davis, Jr. You Were There.
His legacy has a far wider breadth than this short list, more so when considering his influence. He was the consummate performer and showman. Sammy Davis, Jr., his closest counterpart, never commanded the legions that Michael did. His life cant be reduced to a few images because it cheats him of how he revolutionized show business and music. I hope that soon, a proper retrospective is done honoring his memory, which allows for the just valuation of his importance.
Im hurt for his passing but also for him; he was always pressured and persecuted, even in death. He seemed such a soft soul and unprepared for the attacks that he often endured from an unforgiving yet demanding public and press and seemed to lose the ability to trust people. He is not being given his due respect and even now some are attempting to rob him of what he took pride in, his children and his legacy.
And when the grooves dead and gone, you know that love survives, so we can rock forever on. - Michael Jackson left me with some great memories. I am 29 yrs now, but when I was eight I remeber my Dad's sisters had just arrived here from Mexico and their kids coming from another country knew all the songs and steps to MJ moves. The boys would make me laugh so hard when they would try to do his steps. When I hear MJ music, it reminds me of fun, family memories! Thanks for the great memories and R.I.P!
- A LegendI loved Michael Jackson since the first day I laid eyes on him and he will forever be in my heart. He was the best entertainer of all times and there will never be another like him. I always believed in him no matter what and I was crushed when I heard the news of his passing. You are a LEGEND and I love you Michael always and forever.
- MICHAEL JACKSONI GREW UP LISTENING TO HIS SONGS.
I WISH THAT DOCTOR SHOULD HAVE CALLED

- PainI can't even about to imagine the pain the family is going through. And other families around the world who going through the same pain..Micheal was one of my idols.Micheal and James Brown took alittle of me with them. They were two of the greatest performers of my time..Not very many people in this world get the chance to see two lengends. How many people get the chance to music change because of these two great entertainers.I'm sure another great entertainer will come along one day,but he or she will have to borrow from both of them. Thanks to all the artist who passed away and left us with great music for the spirit and soul.I love you all.....Tim Mitchell (Mallorca Spain)
- Incredible MJHaving grown up during the same time period as Michael Jackson, it was amazing as a child to witness someone in my age category enjoying so much success at such an early age. It was truly incredible. It is equally incredible at this stage in life to have witnessed the heights reached by Michael Jackson in such a short period of time. Take your rest my brother, you've earned your place in tranquility.

- A poem to Michael "I Cry Today".I Cry Today
To a brother who was a little younger than my age
From a sister who thought that you owned the stage
From ABC and I Want You Back around the tender age of ten
And when you sang about a rat named Ben
Straight through to Butterflies,
Michael youve left me with tears in our eyes.
I cry for the ironically sad life you led
May you find peace now that you are dead.
I cry also with millions of fans in this universe
For no other entertainer can quench our thirst.
You are an icon, genius, and a legend also
How sad that one so awesome had to go.
Thanks for your gifts to us, voice and movements
You entertained with such class, you were brilliant!
Thanks for your gentle and humanitarian spirit
God blessed you with huge talent and you shared it.
Michael, at fifty you have passed away;
My heart is broken and so I cry today.
Rest in Peace Michael Jackson .1958 - 2009

- I AM IN SHOCK.....DEVASTATEDMy son was 5 and my daughter were 12 years old when I took both of them to see the Jackson 5 at the Sunrise Musical Theater(now the Faith Center in Sunrise, FL. They are now in their 30's and 40's. That was my first time ever seeing Michael live in person. I was in tears when my daughter first called me with the SHOCKING news about Michael. God bless the family. No one never knows what the next day will bring. Live your life to it's fullest. Spend time with family and friends more often. Michael we love you, but God loves you more. "Rest in peace" "THE KING OF POP"
- Michael JacksonA major part of my childhood died with him yesterday. A Multi talented man: singer (able to sing different styles), percussionist, actor, visionary. No one save for perhaps Prince could touch him.
Without him there would be no Black artists on MTV (Yo MTV Raps! Forget it.)
I saw him and his brothers in 1974 in a concert when I was 4 and grew up on his music. I've dedicated songs of his to my wife.
I'm just so sad.
Let Me Show You the Way To Go - Michael took us through1995 Hurricane Marilyn hit the Virgin Islands and destroyed the 3 islands. Michael's song I am here with you is the song that kept us calm through the storm. We are greatfull to you Michael Rest in Peace.
marva - He was an idol and I loved him!!!!I was born in 1964, I grew up listening to Tom Jones. Michael was the first African American child with amazing talent displayed to Television. He was a symbol of all things are possible. It does not matter if you are black or white. He will be greatly missed. Michael I Love You!!!!!!!
- RIP MIKE!!!!He will truly be missed! Micheal Jackson gone? Can't believe it! Can't be true
- RIP MikeMy prayer is that you find in death the peace you never knew in life.
- Still-N-ShockI am still in shock to know that Michael Jackson will not grace our eyes and ears anymore.. I have loved Michael Jackson since I was 10 years old, he was the first person I ever saw singing and dancing that caught my attention at a young age.. God bless his soul.. My heart goes out to his family and friends. With much love.. Irish Nichole McCrea
I will miss you Mike.. - Michael JacksonI will truly miss Michael Jackson. My littlt 3 year old daughter is now dancing and singing his music like mommy. Michael I will always love you. My prayers go out to his family. He is now flying with the angels. RIP Michael
- never forgottenYesterday was a day that alot of wish did not go as it did. The world lost one of it's
most loved artist, Michael Jackson. Not only was he an icon of music and song, he
was for most of us, part of our family. In some way his music, lyrics and life touched
our own. We can all sit back and hear his music and with every song, remember where
we were, what we were doing and how it made us feel.
Micheal livd his life as best he could by living it to the fullest. We should not reflect on
his past issues, but most importantly on how this man touched the lives of millions around
the world. The one thing he did was leave us all a legacy of music that will never die.
Today family I say this to you. Live your life to the fullest everyday. As you take a personal
moment to reflect on how his music and life touched yours, think about how your life has
touched those around you and how will you be remebered. How will you remeber those
around if that soemone close to you is gone unexpectedly.
No one expected this to happen so suddenly. And becasue of this we should all take a moment
to remember that one nevers knows what the next day will bring. Our own lives are given to us
all on borrowed time. At some point god will call us home to his loving arms as he did with
Micheal.
With this said I send my prayers to the Jckson Family. And to you, my extended family I say
tell that someone that is special to you in your life how much you love them and appreciate them
because we never know when it maybe time for them to go home.....
Micheal we love you and will miss you but your music and your legacy will live with us all.......
REST IN PEACE....

__,_._,___ - Goodbye to the World's Greatest Entertainer of All TimeWords cannot express my deep sadness for the great loss of our beloved Micheal Jackson. I grew up on his music, seen a concert, partied to his music and sang his songs in the shower. It was a very sad day and continues to be a struggle to hold back the tears today at work. He went too soon. May he rest in heavenly peace and God bless his family.
- Michael JacksonThe world has lost a legend, but he must stay in our hurts. My prayers go out to his family. Michael Joe Jackson will be missed I Love You Michael RIP.
- I will miss you MichaelI don't know any other musician as talented and as well known around the world as Michael Jackson. His music has been in everyone's homes. I remember when I was a teenager, my mom took me to Jacksonville to see the Jackson 5 perform. They ended up coming to Ft. Lauderdale, which was right in my backyard so to speak, but it was still worth the trip to Jax. My husband & I celebrated my birthday this year dancing to nothing but Michael Jackson songs at Christophers. You might be gone, but your music will never die. I love you Michael.
- Gone Way Too SoonI am here sitting on my bed listening to all the commentaries about such a great man, musician, and humanitarian. I remember being 7 years old (crying) in the United States Virgin Islands sitting in my classroom watching his Thriller video. I have been and will always be a fan. His music and efforts impacted many lives all over the world. May he forever rest in peace. Love you, Mike!
- Michael JacksonThe death of Michael has been such a shocker! I remember the first time I heard The Jackson 5, I knew they would be around forever. The first thing I did was asked to buy their first record to play over and over again. Michael Jackson is also what made Right On magazine. I bought the magazines based on Michael gracing the cover. I also remember the competition between Michael and Ricky Silvers from the group the Silvers, remember them? Michael was every girls boyfriend. Because I am the same age as Michael, I would argue with my sister that is 3 years younger about Michael being my boyfriend. I remember writing I Love Michael and filled up a page! What has really touched me about his death is my 15 year old daughter shedding tears at the news of his death. Believe me it takes a lot for her too cry. He truly touched so many lives. Last week on VH1 I watched the Jacksons movie with my daughter and I remember saying that I can't imagine Michael living to get old not because of his eccentric behavior but because its Michael Jackson. Who can imagine a 70 year old Michael. I believe now he has finally found peace. RIP Michael
- RIPyesterday was the worse day of my life, here that Fawcett and Jackson died hours apart.
When i was asleep, i heard the words Michael Jackson is hospitalized and i had no idea if i was sleeping or what until i fell off my bed. Then i woke up and glared a the TV and i realized that wasnt a dream.
My family was praying he was gonna make it out of the hospital. But that didnt work.
Our hearts goes out to the Jackson family.
And my family hopes that Janet Jackson gets a to care for the kids. - RIPyesterday was the worse day of my life, here that Fawcett and Jackson died hours apart.

- We will Miss You MikeI grew up to listening to Michael Jackson one of my fondest memories were when me,and my 2 cousins danced in the dark to Thiller and we got so scared from the song, I threw a brush at my cousin which hit my mom in the face when she opened the door to find out why we were screaming. I even did a routine in high school to his "Smooth Criminal" when trying out for Color guard. I made the team and I owe that to Michael's song which was very easy to choregraph a dance too. I will MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!! U TRULY ARE A STAR AND SLEEP EASY NOW MY FRIEND
- Deeply SaddenedThis is truly a sad day for all of us. I cant believe that he is gone. Micheal was the greatest. Whenever I go to a party, you can always look forward to hearing one of his songs. He will ne truly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. He is the best performer ever lived.
- MichaelI never knew that my adoration for this man ran so deep. but this news has hit me hard. There are other great artist but none like Michael. To me he was part of America. I was always proud to say " yeah but we have Michael" and people would just shut up because they knew that there just was no one bigger. he was the stars star. It always felt ok for him to miss all those award shows, even though we all would wish that he wouldnt and that he would perform, but we all understood that this was just too SMALL for him. he was a true trendsetter WITHOUT trying to be one. And for all of those who all they do is talk about Michael the wierdo and all of the other nasty things they said about this man, they should look at the MAN IN THE MIRROR, if they are christian or catholic or muslim for that matter, and ask themselves if Jesus were alive today whom would he be more like ourselves or like Michael. I believe that Michael one day had a revelation and he TRULY wanted to make the world a better place and he spoke to us through his music. He also did alot about it and that is all that we can ask.
Rest in peace my brother
I will miss you
Luis - MichaelYou will be missed by all !God Bless your family and friend.
- Michael Jacksonmany years ago i saw an early video of the Jackson Five performing on stage,it was shot from behind a little boy (michael). The camera was facing the audience, it showed hundreds of young white girls screaming, crying, and fainting. Their emotions were quite real. I remember thinking, how could this little boy have a normal perspective of life if this was his view of the world. His life view was warped and he never stood a chance of being normal. Hence, the high water pants, white socks, and the toy soldier jackets. He was frozen in this time warp. between childhood celebrity and reality. People should have taken all this into consideration when judging him. Also, I have a picture of him that I took from a calendar, he is in clown face with painted on tears, I always felt this showed the real sadness in Michael.
- Dear Micheal...My prayer is that his soul is now at peace and rest. May he receive the peace that only the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ can give. I will truly miss this wonderful, talented and beautiful man with a sweet and gentle soul. My prayers are also for his family and children. I pray for them during this their time of loss and sorrow. However, it is also a time to remember him through his amazing music, videos, and short films. I believed the Lord just simply told him No Michael that is enough-it's time to rest-come home to me. Michael will forever be remebered as more than the "King of Pop", for me he will be remembered as a gentle sweet soul who loved the world and wanted love in return. Dear Michael you will ALWAYS be loved. May your soul be at rest with the Lord. You are Forever Loved...God Bless You All
- Remembering the "KING of POP"Wow! It's amazing how we take for granted every precious moment and still we need to remember that life is LOVE. Michael will be missed very much and my prayer is that God gives the family the strength they need to endure this great loss of a son, father, and a brother. I remeber back in the late 70's I was suppose to do an opening on Miami Beach for the Jacksons, but unfortunately I didn't and that would have been my opportunity to meet the family. I will miss him for his entertainment and I hope that people leave the negativity out and remember that he shared all he could with the world and gave everything to it. Not only the physical stars will miss him, but people like myself will keep your memory near & dear to my heart. We grew up with Michael!!!
- MJJMan... it's a sad day in music... I am feeling really blue. I never met MJJ, never been to any of his concerts, never owned any of his albums until I was old enough to get some money. What I can say is... He changed the game. It's been over 20 years since Off The Wall, Thriller, and Bad albums, yet artists are still mimicking his moves, trying to sound like him, and look like him, but there will never be another Michael Jackson. I remember going to elementary school and looking up at his poster on the wall as one of the role models black men should strive to make themselves after. His poster was beside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's. When I think about it now, it's surreal to read about someone's life in history books while they are still living yet adding more chapters to the text. Now that he's gone, what are they going to write about? The small amount of bad, we have seen and scrutinized, or the greater good of the people who have benefited from his life and will continue to enrich us. You know... Every once in a while, a generation of people receive that special person they'll probably never meet but that person affects their lives monumentally. Person(s) who are so ahead of their time, their talent seems almost God-like. Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Michael Jordan, Bill Gates, Tiger Woods, Edison Arantes do Nascimento aka "Pele", Ali, John F. Kennedy, Witney Houston, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Celia Cruz, Ray Charles, Little Richard, and Stevie Wonder are just a few names I have placed in my category, although others may add plenty more. All of names aforementioned represent something we all should strive for; perfection. These beings spent years focusing and fine tuning their craft so they could deliver something potent and beneficial for humanity. Just imagine if we all could focus on that one thing we could contribute to humanity and fine tune it within ourselves. Wouldn't the world be better place for us? Isn't it what all great people want?
G. Absolu - Passing of Michael JacksonI really think that what you are doing is very important to our community, to remember him in this way and not to focus on the last time that the public saw him. And I really would like to say Hello to Narley Charlie from 97.3 the Coast. It is truly wonderful for all of us to come together and remember him like this. God Bless
- R.I.P. MICHAEL JACKSONJust wanted to give my comments on this TRAGIC loss. It was so heartbroken to hear this news today. I couldn't believe it so me being @ work i said i wasn't gonna believe it till i got home. But when i started to get so many texts and phone calls it was confirmed.... I have been sad in the past when we lost Aaliyah, Luther Vandross, Gerald Levert, and so many other but MICHAEL JACKSON?? wooooow!! an unexpected news!! My dream was to see him in concert, to meet him and i didn't get that opportunity. I have soooo many GREAT childhood memories listening to his music, trying to dance like him, being so happy listening to his music. Like i've told people, besides the negative things that happen to him doesn't take away from the humility this man had. He was humble, TALENTED, kind, caring, different, changed the world of music, he made people just feel and think different. He was an entertainer, he was special, he was soooo BIG and no matter what country people knew him!!! He will truly be missed and his music will truly live. People forget that he was a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, human, and so my prayers go out to his family and friends because they lost someone. His fans have lost him and we will always remember him. No matter what his music will ALWAYS live on. Thank you! I tried to get the number to call in but i can't get through... God bless and may God bless Michael Jackson!!! R.I.P. MICHAEL JACKSON!!!
