Khloé Kardashian and her former boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, are expecting their second child together via a surrogate, People reported.

Kardashian, 38, and Thompson, 31, are parents to a 4-year-old daughter, True, according to CNN.

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” a representative for Kardashian said in a statement. “We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so Khloé can focus on her family.”

Kardashian and Thompson officially ended their relationship in January after she discovered the Chicago Bulls forward had fathered a son with Maralee Nichols, People reported. The child was born on Dec. 1, 2021, according to the magazine.

Thompson also fathered another son, 5-year-old Prince, with Jordan Craig, People reported.

Kardashian and Thompson had been together since 2018. While their relationship has ended, they still communicate on parental issues, CNN reported.

Kardashian has made no secret about wanting more children. Her efforts to conceive a child through IVF and fertility assistance were documented in the reality show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

“My plan was to have kids closer in age,” Kardashian said during a March 2021 episode of ”Lady Parts” with Sara Hyland. “But with COVID and everything, my plan’s been a little delayed. I definitely do want more kids. I have so many brothers and sisters. I think it’s such a blessing -- especially during these times -- to have a family member or people that you can play with and rely on and just have a buddy through life.”
