The M Ensemble is the oldest Theatrical Company in the state of Florida and the oldest Black Theatrical Company. The 53 year history has showcase a number of productions giving playwrights, actors. production staff opportunities in a professional theatre. Henri Crockett to be held Wednesday October 22, 2025 at the Parker (formerly Parker Playhouse) 707 NE 8th Street and Federal Highway Fort Lauderdale at 5:30pm to 8:00pm. Henri Crockett born and raises in Pompano Beach, Fl and standout Linebacker at Florida State Football team. Played in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcon making a Super Bowl Appearance and ending his career with the Minnesota Viking. Mr. Crockett along with his brother Zack (Full back with the Oakland Raiders and current scout with the NFL team started the Crockett Foundation as an philanthropic organizations to uplift the community of Pompano Beach with access from health care to housing. JM Family Black Achiever Award is a free event where all of Black South Florida gather to celebrate ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
